Hey guys.

I have been struggling with stiff steering on my pro for 2 winters now and i cant figure it out. I have adjusted preload on all 4 shocks numerous times with no luck. Basically after about a hour of riding i have ridiculous arm pump when riding packed snow. Power days or when the sled is in the air, steering is effortless. Am i missing anything or has anyone ever experienced this?

The Pro definitely has stiff steering on hard pack. Hard to say what could be done, or if you sled is worse than other Pros.

Any chance your ski alignment is off a bit. That might be fighting you on hard pack.

i have re aligned the skis with no luck. It definitely requires more effort then when it was new. Its to the point that I am thinking of getting wider bars to help with the leverage. And I am not a small guy..215 and 6' tall. you would think i would have no issues turning on hard pack all day long lol.

As a general rule, more preload on the center shock and less on the front shocks will make steering a little easier on hardpack.
