Just reading through the service manual. It says turn screw clockwise to raise lever arm. Does this mean turning clockwise will increase amount of oil going into the engine?

Be very careful though because the plate the screw goes through is thin and bends easy. If you can hold it with pliers while unlocking and locking the lock nut you can avoid bending it.

Does anyone know how to tell if this has been adjusted from the factory setting?
Or is there anybody in the saskatoon area that would be willing to give me a hand doing this a little later in the year? I'm just not 100% confident doing this myself

If it's been adjusted the top of the screw will almost be level with the locking nut
