I have a 2011 switchback 600 that simply said just eats plugs.. Had it to the dealer a few times and they could not find any issues while it was on warranty. It has been parked for a few winters because nobody wants to ride it. Dealer won't take it on trade and just can't seem to fix it. one dealer thought it could be the injectors? Always the same plug! runs great when it runs, same old same old, indiscriminately when riding it will just foul the plug! soaking wet, replace and your good What do you do with a sled like this? it has 300 miles on it Changed plug brands, changed fuel type, nothing ever showed up at the dealership, just put in a new plug and go!

Has the coil been changed for that side? How about plug cap or wire? Is the spark the same intensity on both sides when you pull it over?

Have you tired switching the injectors from side to side? Or checked the wire harness on injectors?

We just had the exact scenario with a D8. Ended up being the voltage regulator, even though it didnt show any of the classic voltage reg symptoms. Worth a shot.

Interesting that it would only be one plug though.
