98 rmk twin bad bogging issue

Need help with jetting. I have 160 mains but not sure the pilots the numbers are not there. I have the air screw 1 turn out but have mess with it in and out. The plugs are black. It bogs all the way through the Throttle range. It will not rev all the way out. Not to sure what to do. It has the slp boost bottle put new reeds in it as well. I run this sled in BC canada Elavation around 2000. Let me know what you think.

Ok guys I just took my sled out for another rip and here is what it is doing. It idles around 1500 rpm. Clutch be gauges at 3500 rpm. From there to wide open it is sluggish until it clears it self. Then revs to 8500 rpm but only stays there for couple seconds and then sluggish again. I pulled plugs after the ride and they are wet. So my mains are 160 both sides stock needles 2nd from top. A/f screw 1 turn. Pilot I could see number on. Know when I rebuilt t his engine I put new reeds and carb boots on. But I never cut the holes out for the boost bottle. Would that be my problem? I don't know what to do.
