Ifs shocks rebuild question

I've got a pair of the generic fox shocks that seemed to be on every sled of the era ('96 600 xcr). I believe they are 15 ish inches from eyelet to eyelet.

I pulled them off to check them out as I bought this sled this past winter and want to go over it before the season hits.

My question is whether it is possible or common for nitrogen to get by the IFP over time even though the seal seems to be fine. The bore looks fine to me, no scratches or dents. The IFP was shiny and mint. When I took the air valve off, I noticed a little bit of oil in the gas chamber, but very minimal amounts. (Barely a drop). Prior to disassembling the shock however, the rebound on the shaft had a noticeable gurgle to it, as though there was gas in the oil. Along with this, the rebound was quite slow compared to the other front shock.

I couldn't tell you if or when the shocks were rebuilt. The guy I bought it from was low on the mechanical know how, so I suspect he didn't do anything with them.

I would like to know if I can use the same seals, and if it is not recommended, where can I find seals for these? The label is not legible for any model numbers, but the bottom eyelet has 1474 01 95 (I think) stamped on it.
