I bought a 2002 RMK 800 earlier this winter and it looks as the track is longer than it should be. It is a 144" tunnel. What do you guys think?

Your cooler might not be getting proper amount of snow on it. Ill snap some pictures of both my sleds so you can see the difference between the 144 and the 151.

that is the same sled as the wifes if you look at the little bracket on the end of the rail some one has added it to make the sled a 151. that way they didn't need to add a tunnel extension most people will go with the 159 and then add the tunnel extension .your problem will be that your snow flap will run up under the tunnel and you won't get the cooling on the rear heat exchanger .take the flap off and add a piece of flat aluminum about 6 inch down bend it back so the flap sticks out past the track push the suspen tion all the way down and adjust the bend till it is about 1-2 inch away hope that helps

For maximum efficiency the cooler should be directly above the tail end of the track. The hole through the side of the tunnel almost looks in the same spot. They have just flipped the cooler so it pointing backwards (in relation to where the hoses are).

144

151
