Hey guys could really use some advice from you. I’m in mountains right now, got a 13 pro rmk with aerochager turbo kit on it, riding at 2800-5500 ft elevation, 6.5 pounds boost, runnin av gas with alittke oil, and my air fuel gauge was showing 14, only way I could get it back down to 12.5 was the turn all fuel settings straight up to max, except last two settings. Any ideas? Surely you shouldn’t have to run fuel at max at only 6.5 pounds boost

That was wot, I got t down to 12.5-13.4 max so awrocharger is saying if numbers are good maybe a bad controller. Heard the dolbec ones are junk so it’s possible. Just looking for other suggestions. Plugs are alittke lean but not bad. About the max of what you’d want

When is the last time you change your fuel filter. You shouldt be maxed out on your boost settings at six pounds.
12.5 to 12.8 on straight AV.
does your dobec box have a little line going to it,??

Fuel filter was changed like one ride ago, and boost isn’t maxed it’s the fuel controller settings that’s maxed at only 6 pounds boost. It’s got all the electrical lines and then one blue line, is that what your asking about? Looks like a small air line

yes. It is.
Ken from Mountain magic can get a new style of box with a external boost sensor,
they run way better with the new box.

I guess as long as my af stays below 13.5 a guy should be safe, and just assume that box is ****ed? Still got one more day to ride here

If the box is easy to remove, try bringing into the room and dry it out. The pressure transducer may have moisture in it.
Ive chased my tail one weekend with a bad AFR sensor, was reading lean no matter what it did. But you could tell it was pig rich.

I’ll check and see if I can remove it, maybe it’s got some moisture in it. Turbos coming off after this ride going back to stock so hopefully can get one more day out of it. Thank you very much for helping me out with some ideas
