I was travelling last weekend with the cover on my sled on the deck -it's the 3/4 cover and I swear I had everything I could have hooked and as tight as it could be but the f@#%ing handlebars pokes through the cover:mad:. I'm going to wash it and sew patches onto the holes but am I missing something that I should be tightening? The velcro is strapped around the spindles, and then there's two hooks one either side that I hook to the rails and tighten down. Is there something else?

I always use Goop glue on inside seams and rips that are not so easy to put a patch on. Way easier and really tough stuff.

I have always put my covers on snug rather than tighten the crap out of them, I have never had any issues. A couple friends have had theirs rip after they over tightened.
