Is there any way to prime the oil pump on these machines. Reason asking is I have a 16 RMK 800, 3600kms on it but on its 3rd motor. Every time it goes down is within the first 15km of the first ride of the season. Machine is stored in a dry place right beside the other sleds through summer and never have a problem except with the Axys. Last year the engine was rebuilt top to bottom, new injector harness, motor mounts, exhaust valves, and put back into break in mode. I bought a Sidewinder while waiting and ended up only putting 80km on the Axys last year. No warranty now so would like to rum the pump somehow to verify its working and getting oil flowing before first ride. Any ideas?

Not sure if you can turn the pump up or not but wondering if adding some premix right into the gas tank for the first ride of the year will help

there is a way I've read it somewhere once. I think on Indy Specialty website on how to install one of his long rod motors it has the bleed procedure since its electric.

I would definitely be running premix at 40:1 while trouble-shooting and measuring the oil used from the injector tank. Were all the engine failures the same? That should help you pinpoint the problem.
