Here it is.

2019 Axys 850 163 belt Drive Chassis

Here is a list of what I have done. Bought it used and came with the shocks

Fox Evol 3R front shocks

Fox Evol QS3 in the rear with Lock out

Kurts gear down - 2.59 final ratio

SSI titanium can - Shaved 12lbs over stock

Team Tied Secondary

Iceage 174 rails with 8" rear wheels

Extrovert Drivers

Hey that build took a lot of thought! You had to find a 163 2.6 with the belt drive, order and wait for rails, track, tons of small stuff that takes time etc.

I thought kurts gear down was a 2.39 final ratio? Is there more than 1 ratio available.

The gearing is 29/69 = 2.38 divide by 0.92 for the 7 tooth 3" pitch drivers = 2.59 final gear ratio

All of this came off of my 800 axys, so it was just a big switch over.

No, i like having the shorter tunnel. Ran it this way on my 800 for 2 years with no issues.

is this a different gear set? everything ive read if i remember correct with kurts gear down is a 2.2 ratio where your kit from kurt is 2.38. I want to gear down my khaos but want the final ratio around the 2.6, so 29/69 would be perfect. Was this a custom order?

He has a couple options now. This is his lowest option.

Ill will be stocking them for next season.

Yes Kurts standard kit is 2.37:1. He bought the 600 kit which is lower.

Finally got out this past week. Sled felt really good. The 850 has really good power and pulls hard. Snow was really set up, but was still fun to climb a few hills.
