Mine is set to tach and engine temperature. I don't need to know how fast I'm going,.. as long as I moving in a forward direction everything is golden.

Same here, and between my intake and handle bar bag it’s not very often I can see it at all.

Are the heels on the weights the same as the 10 Series, or is re-shimming of spider necessary to maintain belt clearance? If so, is the belt that you utilize wider to compensate? Thx!

The clutching for the 850 has taken a while to fine tune but I finally feel confident in the combinations that we tested.

Clutch kits include:

Primary Spring
Secondary spring
Set of adjustable weights 58-79 grams
Multiangle helix.

Price : $495 Plus GST

We have belts made to our specifications to match this clutch kit. OEM will work but won't be as consistent. These belts are available for $149.95

This kit improves bottom end response and acceleration, higher top end track speeds and lower belt temps.

The weights are the exact same as a polaris 10 series weight. Yes, the belt i use is wider than the stock belt.

sorry not familiar with where polaris speed sensor is located? if it reads the track shaft like a skidoo no adjustment would be necessary

Sorry Maxwell, you still need to get the Skidoo sensor adjusted up just so you can feel better.

I cant comment on that issue as out of the 3 test sleds, not one had any bog or throttle hang.

Does this kit help the rpm variation, I find it drops too much up high when trying to keep rev's up, and down low is sluggish. I already have a Dalton adj kit, are these stock springs in the kit?

The daltons aren't helping your cause. You can only add weight to the tip witch is adding to the problem as the sled runs a helix it can't pull. Yes this kit gives much more consistent RPM and will not pull down RPM on long climbs. The springs are different than stock to offset the different helix and weight combo.

Well that sucks,.. I was sold adj weights that are ****.

68weights
120/320 black stock —or 120/310white

66°-44-46 double slot helix (way lighter) didn’t care for the 66°-46-46 side
170/240 black gold
bearing under the spring cup (very important for spring wrap freedom )

This set up rips good for me
pull start would be Evan more lighter on the primary with out the estart gear

Just thinking and reading, you don't have to screw them all the way in,.. Screw the first one(s) all the way down and then leave the last flush with some blue loctite to keep some heel weight.

But nonetheless,.. I will be looking into your kit later on if I decide to go another route.

They weight can be left in the heel if needed.

How much testing/km have you got in this kit ? How much more belt life ?

Only a few hundred km so far. I hope to get out some more but this warm weather isn't helping. Belt life is improved as the clutching is similar to what i have on my stage 3 Axys 800.
