Bent another Oem a arm. Operator error big hit, but looking at alternatives . Any feedback on the trenchers kit or B power 36" kits. I like the react front end on the 850, so i figured the 36" kits would be about the same. Let me know your thoughts?

Mine are installed but not ride time yet.

Heading out tomorrow. Can report back at the end of the week.

Getting the sway bar hooked up a little messing around. Had to flip the link from the outside to the inside.

We recently put the 36” trenchers kit on my wife’s 2017 axys, fit and finish was great and relatively easy install. We had it out on the weekend and it seemed to work really well and she is very happy with it, so far it is a kit I would recommend.

Im running trenchers 36" this year on my axys and I love them. I already hit them and they took it like a boss.

Trenchers do sell individuals, so I imagine their retailers will too.

they fit great and and up par with the alternative impact a arms as far as quality I've had on my pro ride.

Feedback on Trenchers 36" a arm kit

Two days on mine this week.

Like the fit and Finnish.

Minor Trail performance losses. Gotta be a bit slower in the right corners. Had a bit of darting in the rained frozen mush. Might have been the conditions.

Off trail performance was good. Narrower than my stock stuff but not a huge change in feel.

They bashed some buried tree tops.

Had some black shat leaking down the spindle from the upper ball joint. And the bolt is rusting after first rides.

Is the upper ball joint bolt loose? Only time I've stuff like that is when something is moving around.

I'm really liking the kit after a good solid ride on it, exact same things to say about it, little slower in the corners on the trail but not a huge difference. And not a huge difference in off trail handling either, took no "getting used to". Will be interesting to ride a stocker after a few more rides, I bet there will be a very noticeable difference going back.

Our new B-PWR X treme A Arms offers the Same Geometry as the new REACT from Polaris. We even use the same style ball joints as Polaris. Our kit fit All pros from 2016-2019 with considerable benefits of high clearance and interchangeability.

Looks like a nice kit, are they available anywhere local around Edmonton or online order only? Will I need to replace the stock shocks on my 18? Polaris told me I would need to install new shocks if I went to a REACT front end.

Thanks.

Yes indeed it's a very nice kit, very popular in our area. (REACT Replica, but higher clearance and stronger Arms) You can buy them online and you will not need to replace your shock. (Yes the 2019 React use a bit shorter shock then the 2018).
It will be our pleasure to help and we can cover half price of shipping since there is no dealer in Edmonton.

I ordered the b pwr x-treme kit last night, can’t wait to try it out. Was a little cheaper than trenchers, and trenchers was also out of stock. Hoping the kit comes fairly quickly as I hit a tree damaging the upper and lower right a arms.

Not to derail ....
Bpwr 19 kit installed on 16 Axys - very nimble. Getting used to it but conditions last 3 days weren't great - snow was a bit tougher and not as deep as hoped.

Overall quite happy and price was good other than would have been nice to include left & right steering rods - didn't want to cut stock ones so I could go back to stock if damaged or selling sled.

Install was good - found my lower right arm was a tad off and needed just a little persuasion to line up with the studs.
Fit / finish was generally top notch excepting the milling for the upper arms ball joint slot was a bit agressive - won't impact operation just looked too coarse (should have taken pics).

BPrw staff were quick to reply to any emails - good customer service. Like to keep some $ in Canada too!

Came across a guy with 19 Pro with trenchers lower arms - replaced bent stock one.
