Axys 36'' front end

looking to put a 36'' front end on my wife's new to her sled. she is coming off of a arctic cat M800 with a 36'' front end and we recently got her a 2017 axys. looking for input on which one is the best bang for your buck and where is the best place to get it from. Any input is appreciated, Thanks in advance!

I had a Alt Impact factory width set, liked the design and execution a lot, but wanted narrower. I went with Zbroz 36", and hated the design and execution, would strongly advise to avoid this brand. I did like the 36" width though.

I have the Alternative Impact 36" kit on my 16 Axys. Was a easy install and I still have all my stock parts just in case. Made a huge difference on a sled that is already easy to pull over.

Do you think I'd notice a big difference putting the 1" offset spindles on my assault? Dunno if I wanna drop 5 hundo

You will notice a difference. I have buddy that put offset spindles on his 14 Assault, he said it really helped also. I'm actually considering adding offset spindles to my sled. This way I can go to a 35" front end and be able to run my ski's in the center.

I agree with whatever your dealer has available however I have successfully run several Raptor front ends and they have all been good.

You really should come and look at the offset spindles I have in stock. They have many advantages over changing out the entire front suspension.

With the Trenchers can you use your stock components if you damage an upper or lower arm?

The offset spindles work great and if you happen to take out an a arm while in BC you will always be able to find a stock replacement. Can save your weekend. If your wife is new to an Axys you might want her to ride it a few times first. Those sleds are pretty tippy even stock.

Couple guys in our group use the offset spindles. I would go this route as using an a-arm kit to narrow the front end that much will screw with the geometry of the sled for sure, especially when trying to use the same stock shocks.

Probably could with the 39 inch kit. But not with the 36.

Riding the Axys for the first time on sat this things tips over easier set at 39 than my xm did at 36

Installed my kit yesterday. Like it, but one upper mount has a bit of slop. Either the bussing or arm is a bit thin and create a mm of slop that I can move by hand.

Emailed them, see what the response is?

Contacted trencher.

They replied right away. Said all the arms are cut on a Cnc so should all be the same. Sent out a new bushing for the loose joint.

One week till ride time!
