I had the same thing happen to me on my 2018 last year in salmon blue river. Dealer warrantied but it took about a month and a half to get it back. They installed the steel splined drive shaft like what came on the 2011-2012 pro's.

If warranty doesn't cover it you should install a shaft out of a Proride with 8 tooth drivers. Better attack angle and you can chose to go even older with a steel shaft. They both fit.

Thanks to the Riverside crew!!! Driveshaft all repaired and ready for this weekend! Apparently Polaris has an update for the 850 for cold weather starting causing the plugs to foul!! This was Done to mine at the same time as the repair was being done! I only had the plugs foul once early in break in so we’ll see if there’s any noticeable change.

320 miles on my 2019 RMK Pro 163" with 2.6" track. No issues, except scratchers lasted about 5 miles on trail. But dealer warranted them. Great sled so far, no complaints.

Over 600 miles now. Sled is awesome except that little low end bog. New map release this week that should fix that. Just loving this thing.

I threw a leg over the 850 for a while last weekend chassis is super nimble goes exactly where you want in trees and holds a side hill no doubt. As stated before bottom end is defiantly rich and boggy. Top end power is a little hard to compare as I was jumping between it and my sidewinder but from what I’ve seen the doo 850 and cat 800 crank out some hp this sled is defiantly behind them in power department. Overall feels ok but not my two stroke choice.

Had my ECU reflashed and rode it today. What a difference!! No more bog and it pulls even harder than before. So far really impressed by this sled. 700 miles and 50 hours.

Bikeman performance has released their 850 single Fat Azz pipe. There’s a utube dyno showing runs of 179-180hp and 116-118tq. On a long one minute pull it held 179-180 then fell off quickly as the pipe got really hot! This was done with no fuel controller.
