Primary Balance

My Axys went down due to a PTO crank bearing/seal failure 0.5km into first ride this year with just under 2000km on it. Dealer is putting new crank/cylinder and pistons in it, and also found a bad injector, and also putting in new motor mounts. As for the primary, I just run a diff spring but am wondering if I should take it in somewhere to get balanced? Is there anywhere in Red Deer or Edmonton area that does this? would feel better knowing its good.
