Has anyone replaced a nose cone on an AXYS yet? Cracked mine up in Fernie. I think I will leave it for a while until it gets really bad. Just wondering how much of a pain in the butt it is to do. The last one I did was on an 09 Polaris and it wasnt that fun.

Just a side note here, the Arm Candy brackets that I put on my sled sure work for stiffening them up. My a-arms took a beating in the mountains and I don't think anything bent (at least nothing noticable yet).

Word of warning, after strengthening your A arms, next to fail will be spindles.

I believe that. Will replace them when needed. I smoked a rock with the one and it sheared the side off a bit. I have no idea how it didn't break but its still holding on haha. After watching a friend break his bulkhead on his Doo on the weekend I am glad to have a-arms that will break first.

Hubby changed the nose cone on my AXYS tonight, wasn't too bad, less than an hour job.

That is good to hear! Is it riveted on? Might be time for me to invest in a skid plate as well.

In the process of changing mine. As stated above, not a big job. Remove the hood, pipe and front bumper. Six rivets (four in engine bay, two underneath), replace and done.

Sounds pretty easy to me. Did you order right from your dealer of from somewhere else?

I have a spare red one that I would sell for good deal if that's the colour you are looking for?
