Anybody tried drilling out the #2/lower bolt hole for the front bolt that mounts the skid to the tunnel? Assuming all this would do was take the sag out of the rear skid...

So after the first few rides figured out that the stock goggle dry compartment will not hold a pair of goggles I figured out my own heated compartment for goggles, also added a tether and a weight reduction losing the suitcase and got the bbq back on....

Hey Scotford what type of bag is that? Find a google heater bag pretty useless if you can't fit any goggles in there.

That is a Polaris dash google bag and I just drilled a hole through it to get the heat from motor in... works awesome.... googles dry in minutes.

I just did this last week on my SKS. Haven't been out for a ride yet though.

Just installed the promotion and zbros 36" a arms. Will be heading to Golden this weekend to see how the pro handles.
Chevra what does drilling out the # 2 lower bolt hole do? Does it help with less trenching?

Yeah, good idea, think I will vent the dash bag also. Looks like you used a flo-rite vent for the bag?
Did you use a holesaw for the bag? And did you also screen the dash hole underneath the bag?

Cool, zbroz36 with the promotion... same setup I have done. Let us know how you like it.
Are you running the stabilizer bar? I left it off but went with exit shocks. Haven't been out to try it yet!

Still running WE shocks so going to try it with stabilizer bar attached first and see how she handles on the trails in and out.

I'll be putting Ken's Jaws/Mountain Magic kit on my sled next week. Then off for the first trip Jan 3-5 with Snowseeker to try out the new 2017's. The classic Doo vs Poo shootout.:beer::cool:

It consists of Jaws exhaust, and clutching he developed and runs on his personal sled. The clutching includes; primary and secondary springs, polaris weights, and a custom cut helix. Give Ken a call a Mountain Magic for all the details if you are interested.

Went for first rip and the front sway bar link broke on the way up the trail so I removed that. Other than that really like the 36" zbros and the ice age promotion, can't wait to get it out in some good deep powder and give it a full out test.
