What's it cost to ship a sled from down south?

Well I don't have to exactly ship it across, it works out that the guy I am buying it from is coming sledding to Golden on the 26th-30th and he is going to bring it up with him, I just have to go to Golden to get it. But from the resaerch I did you have to pay a $200 fee to bring it across, then pay GST on it. You also have to get a recall clearance letter and have the bill of sale and title at the border crossing 72 hours before crossing. From what i've read its very easy to do and well worth the money you save.

I really have no idea, I'm just gonna try and insure and see what they tell me I need and go from there. Hopefully I can insure it with no worries and then have to get some papers to register it. As long as its insured i'm not to worried about registration at the moment.

Here's my 05 in Atlas last year.
Timbersled intake, snow eliminators and a 2" riser. This year I've added clutch side vent behind the shock, a small vent on the can side behind the shock as well as the same side vent to the can side that you see in the picture. I've also done the 2 wheel kit (parts for the 07), 08 spindles, 07 gripper skis, the 220# track spring and removed the rad. I got the update done to the chain case as well as putting heat tape over the entire cover just in case. I took out the stock vent covers on top and put in the Timbersled screens. I don't have the tools or good knowledge of clutching so it's stock. I've left the gearing stock for now. Might try out the 18-40 combination just to see. I like the looks of the TCP bumper but I don't like the idea of hacking off the lower part of the belly pan so I plan on fabbing some basic supports to reinforce the stock bumper.
Oh and a chrome windshield for the bling factor :)
