Owls head snowmobile accident info

Hi I’m looking for any information on a snowmobile head on collision that happened dec 7 230pm-3pm on the owls head trail, any information would be good, the other rider involved has not came forward.

An Owls head head on and one sledder just decide to put his his head down and head on out?
Am I headed in the right direction?
We should put our heads together and solve this sled incident.

That was slightly poor taste but funny. I do hope the rider is OK, always nervous about meeting someone coming hammer down the other way. Had a few close calls.

This reminds me of a time at Boulder.

Captain Saskatchewan decided to sidehill under my buddy who was just turning out of a climb.

Buddy t-boned Mr.Sask.
Broke his leg.

We exchanged info, but Mr.Sask didn't have any insurance so he gave us fake name and phone number.

Good times.

He stayed for an unknown time but no one has his info, family friend is still in coma and needed to be choppered to 2 different hospitals. Some of his family asked me to post on here to see who other rider was.

Any info on what the guy was wearing or sled he was riding? Someone might have seen him at his vehicle loading up which might help identifying him.

No idea, we haven’t being able to talk to him. He had went down early because he wasn’t feeling well and rider coming up the trail was also alone.

Happened to me in 2009 was headed down blue lake trail at 5pm with a large group 2 guys riding up 2nd guy toned me on a right hand turn and I flew over both sleds luckily no one was hurt but have to be careful out there especially with the connector trail any one can be going across at any time. Hope for a full recovery and out riding again soon

Just an update, he is in stable condition, but has a long road ahead of him. Still no
luck on finding the other rider, all we know is his sled had a blue wrap on it and he was a shorter French guy, May have being riding with a couple locals, we have herd it is a large group staying in the malakwa area. Any info would help please pm me

On snow and mud, a description of a blue wrap, damaged sled and being a short french guy is the same as being a criminal featured on Americas most wanted.

No its not guys someone on here knows who it is. or knows someone who does . There was a group of guys doing a photo shoot with BRP . it was one of these guys or they know who it is. I am pretty sure he was with that group or knows the guys in it. The RCMP need to step up to the plate actually do there ****ing job for a change instead of us doing it for them. They are ****ing useless. This is complete bull****. I think we all know where this group was riding out of. One trip out there and ask some questions i think would they would find some answers. All we are looking for is and Insurance card that maybe can help get our great friend out with some big cost he is going to have in the near future.

Insurance is not required.

And I would hope your friend would have his own insurance.
