Not a fan of them not being able to sell oem parts over the counter - powderlites will sell oem over the counter - personally I will give Dave at powderlites all my business for that reason until redline opens a parts store in Malakwa soon

Unfortunately that's the deal with banner, and really if doo found out Dave is selling over the counter he and the dealership he buys from now don't get parts at all

We are playing by the rules and not breaking them, it sucks for now yes

But hope it doesn't last long

Well you can thank the tools at Banner for that. They own every BRP dealership whithin 3 hours of here. Good luck dealing with them if you didn't buy a sled from them.

Yup, you can thank banner somewhat, meaning they sell it to us which is great

Like I said, doo oem parts for now that's the kicker, but it's our choice to keep being able to buy and sell stuff

Now if we write a w.o and do the work , we can sell them to ya, that's the deal

We have lots of aftermarket parts that can be sold over the counter, with no issues

Just pray for us, brp See's us as a dealer and let's us be one, it will help you and fix the issues you have, mabe voice you opinion to brp that you want us to be one

You should also send brp a opinion that we need a dealer and not banner, as there are a lot of people that have YOUR SAME OPINION about them

I needed the bolt recall done on my sled last Thursday. Hadn't ridden it yet and checked bolts and head snapped off. If it wasn't sitting at 99 percent break in I would have just done myself but called Vernon to see if they would do it. First question they ask is where I bought it and then told me they couldn't do it for a few weeks cause they are busy with their customers. Good for them they are busy. They didn't say no but I think that is BS . Wasn't looking for a major repair. I did a 11hr round trip for a 20 min job. Didnt have to, i could have ridden one of the other doos in the garage.
That kind of stuff won't make me their customer. I had asked them for a spring check price but they were not close and never followed up with me and since I work in Calgary I don't mind hauling back for repair.

BRP advertises a dealer network with warranty anywhere as a big marketing thing but doesn't enforce it. I put in a complaint and IF they follow up with me I will give the honest feedback. If forced to Banner when I retrire here soon maybe a kitty cat. I am a stubborn SOB.

Did you try Full Speed in Revy? They are doing warranty work for skidoo now. They are always quick for me.

That's cause banner is in the bed with them also

Yeah so what? I never bought my sled from them and yet still get good service. Fullspeed is Randy's private company, but the do work with Banner and RTR.

Nothing against your shop BTW, hope they can make a deal with skidoo.

I understand that, but most of us from this area on a personal level, just like bobsledder are sick of banner crap

It's time for a change, and hope brp See's this

Cause they will loose this area market to better service's dealers, I.e shuswap extreme and cat

Backus and Polaris, we'll not going down that road, lmfao

You obviously haven't ridden with a guy/girl or ridden a new 2018 Cat... Those things pull hard, and are out there as we type crushing it and spanking Doo's. Those things rip man! And this is coming from a guy (me) that rides and loves Doo. Got spanked hard by a Cat the other day.

Also little tip Tex: Sounds like the new shop is great and super professional, but bashing other companies online, and other brands don't make the shop look good, and or doing your boss any favors... If you guys are stuck dealing through Banner, wouldn't you want to keep your friends close, enemies closer kind of thing?

You also never know who is reading online there, bro.

Merry Christmas
