Hey. Long story short last ride out my sled broke and had to leave it there (eagles) ... looking for another person (or two) to join me and my buddy this Saturday . I'd double up with him on the way up, should be a pretty simple fix and the ride out. If anybody is available and interested please let me know. You don't have to stick around for repairs ( you can go ride while I get it fixed), just best to not got up in one sled... but as long as someone is there to ride up and down with us.
Thanks

P.S. I'd provide hot lunch...

Tuesday parked at 7km switchbacks up Blue Lake from Malakwa , should be a bit farther now, probed down 3.6m and didnt touch bottom, back meadows over ther hill in front of the cabin. A few avalanches have come down onto the lake.

Owlhead Wednesday we parked at 7km intersection and wound up riding some gravel, should be able to go past 8km now. Probed 3.6m up on Eco Ridge an didn’t touch down there either. Could see some avy activity in Video Bowl.

Someone's gotta kick start this thing, unfortunately its Baraaaaap... 10 deg at night now, is new norm soon = snow soon at 7000ft. Since we are having the same Summer as last year means same winter with lots of snow...
I'll take your early heavy snowfall from 2017, but with out the 20 degree late winter, when it melted all the snow in NOV / DEC. ... Either way, will be out by early December as the Alpha Cat is gonna stay up on top of the snow like no other...
The Ski-dOO auger is a thing of the past.

Yah for sure Bnorth... Baraaap usually heads East to ride, but usually goes to the Moose a few rides.... Let's do it! Wanna do some side by side pulls with some 8$h#tties... If my Cat don't burn on the way up the
hill, or as long as the mono-rail dont licorice underneath me... would be cool to see the real life outcome.

Don't get too excited boys, Baraaaaap definetly sucks 10x too much to get spawnzored. But gotta rep some beer, Bud Light is the go-to for sure for sledding for this guy.
Busch is ovrr done in the mountains gotta mix it up.

Like 100 days till the 1st weekend in December which is usually the first kinda safe-ish weekend to go out with out certain smash your sh#t conditions.

Usually there is a hanger board of some sort ... Attached to the stair stringers (glued / nailed) then that Hanger board is glued and nailed to the rim board of the deck... (PL Premium) ... But don't worry, if the stringers and bottom of the stairs are at all fastened at the bottom that top cannot drop, even if not fastened at all up top they can't physically drop if bottom can't slide.

But definitely those should be beefed up.
