Looks like a great system. Another idea as the tailgate would be open (and become the bottom of the truck) when the sled is loaded is to buy a used tailgate from the auto wreckers. Beginning of the season install the used tailgate on the new truck and end of the season take if off and install the original tailgate which would still be new. I bought a new tundra and got a used tailgate for the winter. Its amazing how marked up the tailgate gets through out the winter. Just a ideal

Agreed. I 3m’d my tailgate when the truck was new. No rock chips from throwing the sled in the back of the truck.

Lol how short is that box 4.5 feet . Buddy had a Toyota and his tailgate lasted about half a season and it was a taco . I wonder if these new tailgates with all the folding bull**** are going to hold up ?

What are one of these units worth roughly? It's looking like any sledding I'll be doing this year I will be flying solo in my truck and I don't have the option of running my sled deck this year (can't drill holes in my company rig), so this setup would the ticket at the moment.

I had checked on another brand at one time and they were $1200-$1300. Have seen another one around that is $900 but not sure on the Marlon.

Picked up my single loader tonight. Very slick setup and it will work well for what I need to do. Loading was super easy, gonna go ride this weekend! :)
Do have a 6ft box? Where did you get it and was Daves price close that he mentioned? Thinking hard on one of these as well.

I have an 8' box, my 163 T3 pokes out about 4" past the tailgate for reference. I paid $1400ish from Martin Motorsports, it was the only unit they had in stock but they wouldn't throw in the demo 2020.5 165" 850 turbo that was sitting on it in the showroom :p
