Hey Guys thought I would let ya know....this is a hard time for everyone, some will lose work, jobs or even worse, for that I feel sad and hope that happens less than more. I also think we will all get through this and on the other side we are going to be celebrating and getting back out there. I hope you and your family are well and stay healthy as this progresses! We are sledders at heart and are strong and are use to looking out for each other. Here are a few facts to let you know on the Ski-Doo side.....


If you are looking at purchasing a new 2021 Snowmobile, then it must be in BY APRIL 14th 2020 to your local dealer. This date is chosen by the fact that parts have to be ordered etc for production to have sleds ready by the ship date.

The Customer Loyalty $500.00 bonus is for Loyal Customers as stated by Ski-Doo and it is based upon their program guidelines. It is sent via e-mail so if you have not received one and you believe you should have then, check with your local dealer first and they can let you know if you qualify, you also can contact Ski-Doo Customer Service if you want to see the program guidelines and if you do or do not qualify for the Loyalty Program.


I wanted to let you know the Facts, and it is okay if you are not happy with those facts, but they are the facts and the answers. I hope again that you and your family are well during this time and please look out for one another, it is what our sport is based off, be well. Cheers dave norona

Thankyou for that info Dave. I got the email butbuying for the other half so will check with dealer if it can be applied.

To me this is a bad idea fro BRP, those that bought sleds and who will order spring checks that will not get one is only going to piss them off, they stand to lose
buyers, if you give it to some give it to all, seen this type of thing before, ended up being bad.

This is not a 2021 buying coupon or free money in a weird crisis time give-a-way, I would agree with you if it was, this is a customer loyalty program, they make the standard and those who reach it get it, it is no different than a being in a million miles club with an airline, you get certain perks. Again if you think you should be in the program, you can contact your dealer and ask them, and or call customer service and ask them, if you make your case of why you should be in and it is deserving, then you will get it, but if you don't then you won't. Yeh BRP should be looking at the number of folks that have ordered in the past for sure .
Even if not thinking about it and received the coupon it could spark some interest to order one and not cost BRP anything if they didn’t .
Pour marketing on that end . IMO

Brian you certainly have a case. Go to your dealer, explain your predicament and any good dealer will go to bat for you. Chill out man. Lol. It could be something as simple as your dealer entered your email incorrectly or forgot to on your last registration?

That is not me, someone else that`s pissed. like I said good way to piss people off, you would think BRP would want to please their customers'
not divide them, and that`s all this will do. very bad idea, never works.
and if you have to go cry to your dealer to go to bat for you, there is something wrong. most people have better things to do then cry to their dealers and most
will not, they will just not buy.

Pretty close to the same for me. 6 new in 7 years and more before that. I have 3 in my shop ready to go at all times and always take a spare to mountains.
First I have ever heard of this promo or coupon thing.
I get emails continually from BRP (for years) so they have my addresse correct.

Remember the Platnum club. Even got a nice free bag.

No loyalty anymore for being a BRP rider forever from manuafacturer? Or am I missing something.

I dont think I have to make a case with a dealer. BRP should have made it already for me.

Is this not a promotion that started last year? if you snow checked a new sled, you would receive $500 credit instore credit?
