Sorry Dave, but as an Albertan, there’s no f*ck3n way I’m going ANYWHERE near whistler for quite a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how you feel, trust me that moron and his statement is a joke and most people around here know that. There are a lot of people think that the gas for their fire places and electricity and gas for their car comes out of a unicorn fart. I always say to people who don't want the LNG plant in squamish or an oil pipeline. to just shut the gas off to your house and give your car away, they usually get the point. I think avoiding whistler is a good idea, but there are a lot of good business owners who don't feel that way who reside in whistler and outside. Basically don't paint BC with one brush from some moronic comment. Whistler is one of the biggest carbon outlays in the province, with the amount of people who visit on planes and in cars every day to the salt they put on the snow all summer that has polluted the streams, to the 32 groomers that burn diesel all night long every night, but sledders and oil are the problem, what a joke!

i have no plans on painting bc with the same brush. I’m actually heading to Sicamous on the 28th for a 4 day ride. I’m just going to stay clear of Whistler. I’m avoiding Whistler to the point that an upcoming training conference that I need to take will be in San Fransisco rather than Whistler.

Right on Dave. Canadians are eventually going to get rebellious and cause some havoc if politicians don't start listening and smartening up.
