Well the 2019 Rally is on once again and with all the snow and some of the route changed it will be better than ever.

May be showing up with a group!! Buddy has a cabin at Long, showed him the poster and they’re going for sure. I’m nursing a bad knee after the last McBride trip so 50/50 right now!

Was out in the area all day today.
Great snow conditions.
Bunch of us might go old school.
Sleds 25 years old minimum.
You should come, we will be the group of phazers and liquifiers and raiders.

I will not have the oldest iron out but the mid aged iron will be used.
My youngest daughter will be there on her 2001 Summit 700 busting any drift she can find.
I will have my 2000 millennium edition MXZ 700 polished and on the trail searching for fresh tree bark!

The super minty 1990 red and white Phazer will not be there.

Fired up the two cats.
Sold both Crossfires this year, so will have the HCR and the 162 up there tomorrow.
Thought the lights looked like cool evil eyes in all that two stroke smoke.

Had a great time today.
Got my break in on the new M8000 done today.
Snow was surprisingly decent.
I enjoyed the route.

How many sleds total registered for this?
We bought into the 50/50 but decided not to stick around, how much was the winning total?

Thanks to all those that put this on. It was a lot of fun.

The 50/50 was $775 and the silient hand was $350.
216 sleds - down from last year, I was expecting to see more considering the nice weather.
Snow held up well in the area and was still quite deep.
We left early and exteneed our ride with some extra riding, ended up riding about 115km.
Rally was 92km according to some riders in my cousins other group.
Had a blast as always out there.
Another excellent rally, I like the rustic ride and goes through the rugged terrain of the area.

Great day at the Newbrook rally!! Blue sky, open fields with good snow, little pothole lakes, cut lines, hotdogs, and some pretty rough bush trails!!! But had a blast, ran into Snochuk quickly and shook his hand! We’ll be back!

Newbrook rally has a little of everything.
Good to see you there.
My group left early and went on a detour to my place on the way back to town.
Weather and snow was awsome!!!!!
Daughter won one of the draws.

It was a great ride nice to see a lot of people there. Hopefully nextvyearvagain

Was good to see you and Randy at the rally - the way he talks I think he likes running Smokey's groomer as much as sledding!
Awesome sunny day - warm but not get wet warm.
Did a little off trail riding in my uncle's lease and then through my place, bumper deep+ on the fence/cut lines.
Had to do a little trail side maintenance on daughter's summit. Eats left plug on warm days.
Going next weekend again and cancelling mountain trip on 16th.
My girls want to go again with cousins before the snow melts and still lots we did not hit yet.
Lots of time for mountains yet and they need a reload - more fresh at the farm.
