it seems like tons of people from that are regularly active on snow and mud typically attend the sled show in october eh? Here's a crazy idea. I've thought of this a bit. Maybe someone could 3m it or improve it. I've always thought of how i've probably walked right past a pile of you at the show and never knew it. What if a guy wore a stick on name tag that was decently sized but not huge on our jacks or shirts or whatever on the upper left corner where a breast pocket would be with your s&m screen name or handle on it?

Im a pretty outgoing guy, i'll talk to anyone. Even people that don't wanna be talked to lol. If i spotted people's handles that i recognized from here and there are many of them i'd certainly reach out and say hello, introduce myself and go from there.

Just a thought anyway....maybe it's a dumb idea.

make sure you go to the snowandmud.com sled show party saturday nite .... Everyone there is from snowandmud.com ;) .... I think its at the canadian brewhouse on 97 street? Correct me if i'm wrong?

A few years back, there were S&M jerseys available to order with your handle, etc..... Only a few of the "old Timers" like catmandoo, Mike217412, Sledbunnyracing, and a few others seem to wear them anymore. Mostly at the Mountain Mania Jamboree.

I'd be interested in a large foam hat,.. then we would stand out.

I've met a few people from here, all good chits that I sled or quad with. Hope to meet some new friends either at the sled show, or the after party.

If it wasn't for the support and wisdom from some of my friends here on Snow and Mud I don't think I could have survived Teenage girl years. You guys always made me feel better lol.

The internet was around when you were a teenager????

Here's the cake with the sleds... guess which one represents me hehehehe

with Man of Honour Deaner giving me a ski pull........ yet again

That was the best winter I have ever had. We need to start riding together again. Ironically (for this thread), I think we became friends in real life first and then realized the other was on snow and mud

This has been an awesome site for meeting new people. Have made some really good friends on here. Still a ton of people I would love to meet. Keep meaning to make it out to a mountain mania but I seem to keep having babies. Well......hopefully vasectomy number 2 takes care of that on October 23rd. Less babies.....more sledding

That was my favorite season too lol. Omgosh the laughs and enchiladas. Yup I think we became real life friends before Snow and Mud. This year will be a good one, we have the happy frolicing lands back again! And, nope, we were still using rock tablets and chisles when I was a teenager.

Although I haven’t met any friends yet, I may have made a few enemies. On the bright side, I have not received any death threats.
You still have time left eh

Lmfao, just kidding, don't think there is anyone like that here

Used to be, I had a tiff with this one douch canoe, I'm sure that was his next step

I may or may not say that I know some of the people here.

Ive been trying to become closer friends with you. When you offered to host the spring ride on the coast I asked if I could double with you on your sled and stay at your house. Can’t really get any friendlier than that

Well, I’m in need of a new crew in Kelowna so my fingers are crossed S&M helps with that.
If not, there may be lots of shameless begging in some staging areas soon.
