That's a problem! I would check the spider, it might be cracked. Take the spring out and see if it slides freely and really look close at the spider If the primary looks good take the secondary apart and check it for freedom of movement.
Is anyone else having cold start issues?? There are several here that start if they feel like it when cold. Throw in a couple of new plugs and away they go and run fine all day. This is very perplexing to me. One guy went all last season with no problems and this year he's putting in new plugs...
While it's under warranty just keep getting them replaced. If the grips are a bit loos this shortens the life expectancy by a lot. I use 3M weatherstrip adhesive to glue them on and they stay put.
