Drive belt or what? I don't know alot about this stuff.

Took my Polaris Magnum out for a drive one day, stopped too look at something. Shut bike off for a few moments. When I started it back up and put it in High Range it would not pick up speed. Engine revs right up instead. Had just changed the oil, filter in it so I don't know if that's a problem...
