No that is actually very incorrect. We don't outsource any of our products outside of Canada. All our kits are built right here at the shop, and machined right here in Edmonton and BC.

We have been using the CV Tech belt or Ultimax belt and they both have been great for us.

Its generally belt tension that kills them . Think of it like a rope. If the rope is tight its pretty tough to get a reaction. If it has play you can create a wave in the rope. The same thing with the belt . If its not tight enough when you hit the throttle you get a wave in the belt. That's...

Actually we don’t have a sled in the shop that doesn’t have the belt drive. Our old turbo has one with 3000+km no problems

Our belt drives hold up no problem. We have the same ones we sell the public running 700 hp grass draggers in the U.S. That’s not an advertised spec but let’s ya know they hold up.
