had the same problem. did engine on warranty end of season spring 09. 2 pistons and cylinders by the start of feb this year. 1600 miles. been a polaris guy for 25 years and just switched to 800 etec renegade. so far so good
hey i ve got a 2009 polaris ranger 700 HD. looking for any input as to which cab is the best buy. had a canvas cab last winter and got tired of frozen jammed zippers.

had probs with mine but my gauges quit completely. found the speedo wire under the airbox worn through and shorting out on the bracket. was worn through on the bracket that holds the strap to hold the airbox down. taped it up and my gauges still didn't work. replaced the gauge and been good...
talked to them and they gave me some places to troubleshoot. ended up taking my brothers 09 dragon 8 apart and used his gauge to find out the gauge was still the prob

not sure if gonna be a common problem but my gauges quit. found the insulation worn off the wires to the speedo under the airbox. wore thru from rubbing on the bracket that holds the rubber airbox strap
Had a 2005 900 fusion. no complaints other than a couple belts but was better after the updates were done. was worried about their rep so traded into an 08 dragon. other than the reputation they got loved it
have you had any issues with the heel clicker 2. had one on my 2005 fusion 900. probs with springs and clearance for the weights to travel. my brother had the regular heel clicker on his 2002 xc 700 and a weigh came apart and put the clutches thru the hood
haven't had any probs with heel clicker clutching? had spring probs with my 2 speed. and my brother had the normal heel clicker and had a weight come apart and the clutch come thru the hood
