Pretty sure you will get the same response from most guys on here, either exhaust leak or intake leak. I just went through same issue with my powderlites nytro. Exhaust was tight on mine but there was a hole in boost tube where it chaffed on tunnel
Maybe try taking slack out of throttle cable, if there is any. A friend of mine had same problem with his M1000. It would activate throttle safety switch and he had to wait a couple secs for it to clear. His did it from day 1 as well until he tightened throttle cable.

With the sit sag reducer kit, the suspension is lower. When climbing, it does not allow the suspension to drop down, which causes troughing resulting in ski lift.
