I was told about the same issue a buddy had. He told me that there is a one way breather vent for the tank on the top of the tank and it can pop out. He took his back to the dealer and they warrantied it and put a new feul pump in. Worth a check.

I have the full system and love it. It's not that loud and it did make difference. You should get the Woods programmer as well. I have the Powwercommander 3 and it works awsome but I had to get a custom map as were the Woods one comes loaded with the proper map. Well worth it and don't let...
