thanks for all the advice. i did a compression test again after a little ride and it read about 95 on both. i had the throttle wide open. i think i am goin to pull the head and see what the pistons look like and if they are good will just throw new rings on and see what the compression is like...

wel i will get the sled into the shop and getter nice and warm, fire it up, take it for a rip then do the compression test again. i didnt think that that sled would even run on that low of compression. thanks.

I think that a 144 would be to much to turn with just the 485, i dont know wut kind of skid i could throw under it that is 144'

Ya I am redoing an 1996 yamaha phazer and i am thinking about taking it to the mountains. It is not the phazer mountain lite and it just has the 121 track. just looking for some ideas/mods that i could do to the sled. I already have the 136 skid and track.
