My 19 850 had similar issues. Ended up getting exhaust valves cleaned once and reprogrammed several times before they figured out it was the voltage regulator that was replaced twice. My ecu was reflashed with a 2021 update end of the season last year and has run flawless ever since.

I'll be taking mine in next week some time for this very job... 1000km, so far several sets of plugs, and a voltage regulator.... Starting to question the reliability of this machine... Its spent more time in the shop now than on the snow
Saw your post on Saturday night and when we were up sunday freezing our butts off I brought it back and got it to the hotel who got it to the groomer for ya.
Guys, I'm not looking to do any mods just yet, I want to know if guys are running 10-70s on their sleds in the renshaw elevations.... The sled came with 10-68s and the manual says that's good for 7-9k ft. And 10-70s are for 5-7k feet.... I've only had mine up to Revy and it pulled 8150 out there...

I got a bunch of stuff from them early November and was charged in USD Instead of cad... Called them up and was credited back the difference in a few days... Guy on the phone said they're having trouble with their system and had been doing credits the last few days non stop.
