much agreed Dave. I just don't understand why guys would ride those slopes when there is so much low lying slopes and trees to ride which have lower risk of Avalanche occurring.
then your in the wrong sport or your a real good trail rider cause I'm off on on the sled all day long. I keep my gps, camera and cell phone with a thin pair of gloves all in a tuuk in my glove box above gauges on xm. Couldn't imagine trying to navigate out of the backcountry without headlights...

this info is correct, if your sled or vehicle is registered in BC. I Was with keith at Boulder yesterday and th officer said and to recap what Keith pointed out is. You must follow the guidelines for the province you are registered in. If you are registered in Alberta then the bc law enforcement...
Thanks for the heads up. I find pulling the cover instead of using the drain plug is the better way to go. Gives you a chance to inspect the chain and the gears at same time. Look for any shavings or wear on the inner half of the case.
