The idle screw is ok, after it sits for a min, it will come down to a normall idle, I've checked that. Appreciate the help.

Thanks, will try adjusting the needles, I just replaced the carb boots, thats what caused my old engine to blow, will try the needles and air screws.

hey everyone, my 04 summit 800 has a high idle when i stop, idles down eventually, or can flip the choke to idle it down. It did the same thing with the old motor. I replaced the pilot jets with 20s, it helped a little, but still does it, anyone have any more suggestions, thanks.

good morning everyone, I live near priest lake, Idaho. I ride an 04 summit 800, I have read several responses from all of u, wich has helped issues with my sled. I enjoy the forum and thought I would become a member.
