Just bought the sled , has 2600 miles, probably was never removed before. Have a brand new clutch ready to install. Inspected the old one the day after I bought it to find the moveable completely split! Surprised it didn't fly apart. I had a good heat gun on it for an hour with full torque on...

Anyone have some creative ideas for getting a stubborn primary off? Filled the post with oil and stuck a 4' breaker bar on the puller after maxing out a 1/2" impact, and still she wouldn't pop off. If it doesn't come off by morning it's getting the torch!!

OEM AC, Carlisle 3 and Dayco HP are all good belts. I have ran all 3; I recently bought a Carlisle Ultimax 4 for about $100 or $120, which is kinda pricey, but wow! Much bigger cogs (both in width and depth) looks like this belt can take a beating (severe duty i suppose). Haven't had a chance...

I'm seriously considering buying a new 1000 Crossfire or something similar this year falling in the 2009/2010 1000cc 2 stroke class...how have the new motors been for any of you that bought one and had a chance to run it last winter? Thanks
