    Add more wheels to the skid. I added 2 sets. Hyfax wear is minimal now. Even in early season low snow.

    The belt riding at the top of the sheaves has the most belt squeeze. The bottom 1/3rd of the clutch is where most of the belt slippage occurs. I have seen too many sleds that only use half of the primary.

    If you are gearing up and seeing gains that is an indication that secondary clutching is off. I would be interested to see some pictures of primary clutch sheaves. This tells you where your belt spends majority of its time. Most modern mountain sleds have the secondary too stiff causing...

    Polaris Indy Running Boards

    I have modified a switchback/rmk 144 sled to fit the burandt boards. Made a huge difference. I don't know how similar your boards are to that sled. You could also look into better board inserts. Check out hardcoresledder forums. The flatlanders will have some better ideas for you.

    DARPA Liquid Piston Similar to the wankel engine but much needed sophistication. A fraction of the moving parts of any 4 stroke. Ultra light weight. No OIL! Just need one at 150+ HP and we might have something.

    Oakley Prizm or Smith Chromapop technology

    Anyone else finding the line miners fit is not great? (I know each helmet can be different). Seems to be the most affordable way to get into prizm technology. Also the Smith Squad XL looks similar and comes with 2 lenses for near the same price.
