follow all the wires to and from your cdi and make sure there connected then check your grounds to your coil if its not that i would say somthins hooked up wrong or test your stator

how do you get teh crankcase apart on the stator side i cant seem to get it apart is there a reason?

check the crankcase plugs(below your exhaust ports) a buudy of mine had one of the plugs come out and it did the exact same thing

it shouldnt have sucked belt in if it has a airbox... check your compresion it should be over 100 of not then you could have broke a ring.

in my opinion turbos are the way to go ive heard alot of bad about nos but it all depends on your preference

i bought a 96 polaris 600 triple and rode it for 10 min when the engine tried to seize we think it burned a bearing should i replace the motor or fix it?
