Yea that's another thing I was going to ask about, It has had the updated drive shaft, and also had the clutch update but has not had the firmware update. Is it really needed? what changes are made to the new firmware? thanks again

Ch!tty deal man, is it possible you got some moisture in some electrical?

are you losing any coolant? make sure to check that your coolant level is up. these water pumps are notorious for leaky seals. Service bulletin is available through your dealer if this is your problem. service bulletin # 2008 - 13
