Nope, its breaking right at the U clamp beside the hook.

Got my free hook and strap today. Pretty cool. Thanks Warn. Now I just need some decent cable. Ive got 3/16 steel right now and the damn stuff keeps breaking at the hook when I lift my snow blade. Any suggestions for better cable? or should I just get a 10' piece of 5/16 cable just for plowing?
