It seems they think that firemen get to work out when they're not out on calls ..... so they think they (cops) should also.

Next time, infront of Mr. Toolbag, call VISA/MC/AMEX customer service and tell them that you are disputing the charge on your CC statement because you didn't get the product / service you were charged for.
Then see if Mr. Toolbag reverses the charge..... as you're walking out the door.

Good ideas above, but I wouldn't let the tie down ropes & loose edges of the the tarp hang close to the ground. That'd be like putting a welcome mat out for the critters.
Testing some combine components west of Winnipeg this week. Picked up canola @ 65 bu/acre and wheat at 75 bu/acre.
Everyone was shocked considering the year (rain and cool) weather they've had this summer.
We were using 595 Lexions --- pretty damn impressive machines...... huuuuuuugge capacity.
