when it's a turbo does it matter

Went today and was very disappointed,very little snow from parking lots.More snow once you got higher but could only stay on trails.Stumps showing everywhere so coulded go play.No base at all.On a positive note,a good start for this time of year.

How many of you are going?

Work in the city, grew up on a farm northeast of edmonton.Never sledded out by Valemount,but booked a trip this year for 7 days.Can"t wait.

When there's good snow, like to ride Cataract Creek but this doesn't happen too often. On good days you can head through Fording Pass all the way to Elkford - great riding, but rare!! Usually hit Revy and Sicamous....what other spots am I missing? Anyone have a word on Radium? Always...

Getting impatient....how much longer until good snow conditions for riding? Riding an Apex....heavy, needs good base!
