Hey everyone just wondering how common or uncommon it is to have the cvt cover warp due to heat? It doesn't look like the cover quite lines up with the housing and rattles like crazy against one of the pulleys it sounds like. But if you push on the cover firmly the noise goes away.

Hey everyone just had a few questions. Does the clutch spreading tool from a g1 work for a g2? If not, what do they look like and can you make them? Only 40km on my brand new machine and burnt my belt while towing a buddy's rzr up a large hill because he blew his belt... :(

Ah okay. How much work is it to split the engine? Full tear down and removal of the engine or just pull a little bit a part?

900xp blown belt and oil trying to help a buddy out! Hey everyone, I am new to the group and this is my first post. Buddy of mine just bought a rzr 900xp and blew the belt last night. But when it happened it spat a bunch of oil out of the cvt intake or exhaust I believe. Anyone have any ideas...
