I know of 2 Patriots that went down. Both and oiling issue.
Polaris toke care of them and added extra year warranty with $270.00 poo bucks. Pretty decent of them.
Results of damage
To much case sealant that plugged check valve which resulted in blowing line off. Polaris admitted this too...
The fix it kits are miss worded for sure.
Any if you actually measure cylinder and new pistons?
wossener pistons with shim kit is 0.0065” clearance new or more. How is that fixing the problem when factory oem are 0.0055”? I realize there forged vs cast, but c’mon?

Start sled only if you’re going to ride it. Let it warm up till engine cold goes off and ride.
Most of these fouled plugs issues are starting it and not riding it.
Start it, ride it, put load on motor and it’ll be fine.
A/F is 13:1 at idle
