I just had to do the same on mine. Nextech had new X package take offs that are rebuildable. They also had cheaper sealed ones.

My 05 acted similar but up found my one of my kids had put a dime in the tether. On the 07 when over 1/2 throttle it would come on, problem was a broken wire in the plug going into the solenoid for the Rave valve good luck.

I bought Motofist bibs last year and am very happy with them. The reason for going with Motofist was everyone I ride with wears Klim. Both are great products and you get what you pay for!

I've run to ones from Extreme for a couple of years now and they've seen a lot of abuse, they are a bit smaller than some of the others but you won't find a tougher one IMO. I wouldn't think twice about getting them again.

I've looked at them to, but I'm going to have to give something up as they are a D rated tire. We plan to upgrade to a fifth wheel in the near future and should be running an E rated tire.
