Please be aware that there are 6 "transmit only" Tracker DTS tranceivers out there that have been stolen from the Beacon Basin unit in Golden. They are marked as such, but please be aware when buying used beacons .... check to be sure what you're getting is a functioning tranceiver in both...

False alarm...only European cylinders are affected

Went to Spokane Premiere party on the weekend....great time....show is 1st rate. Was at a theater so all ages could attend, but if the venue in Edmonton is a club, then assume drinking age applies.

Hi, please confirm the dates of Nov 13-14, Sunday-Monday???? Seems different for a trade show.

BCA has found that a minority of cylinders display the "harder pull' situation...this is why this is not considered to be a 'recall' and the Easy Pull kit is an option for those that do have a slightly tougher pull than others. BCA has the packs in question and are analyzing the issues...

Being the first year of production, we have encountered a few hiccups, one being that the chosen airbag fabric was changed early in production (wrinkled too much in -40+C slowing deployment). That set us back as new fabric needed to be tested etc. Actually, we've produced the pack in 18 months...

We are the reps for BCA at the snowmobile shows and deployed our prototype bag 200+ times at the shows this past fall. No failure at all; very impressed with material. Our engineers have tested the material extensively in extreme cold and heat;the quality of the production bag is extremely high.

We understand the concern and the elves are working as quickly as possible to produce. Remember that the early snowpack is volatile whether you're wearing airbag or not
