Stuck on this with the CV joint. Any ideas?

Okay, i have the rear axle out of the bike and my destroyed cv in pieces. here is a couple pictures and i'll ask the question after the pictures. Okay, i can't seem to get this off the outer Axel, any ideas? k fixed this problem.. just the upper one now is giving me hassle.

I am replacing my Outer Right Rear CV Joint on my bike, it's currently Stock. I have got the whole Break assembly & Roater off the frame of the bike, but can't seem to find the way to get the CV joint out of there. Any suggestions or maybe anything at all?
