so than you are telling me that i need to rejet. I would assume that you would go with a smaller jet since you are getting less air. So you have to change both the primary and secondary jets or just the primary? thanks

have you checked the hoses, if there is one that has some crap in it, it might act like a check valve.(just a shot in the dark)

And yes it is a 4x4 drw reg cab short wheel base with a deck (9x8)
