Rode Saturday and Monday at renshaw on Monday snow was getting abit slushy so might set up abit. Was spring conditions but the sky's were blue so it made for some awesome travel days! Didn't see people or tracks all day!

Two of us looking to head to south dore on Feb 26, looking for 2-4 more that might be interested in the trip. Like to have more peps in case chit hits the fan. Rest of crew not arriving until Friday and looking to take a poke up the creek.

See you there Randy on Friday night as planned, bringing the drying racks up for the Renshaw Cabin. Will post the conditions with some pics for people on the weekend.

We rode Bell today. Staying at the Scarecrow so rode right from there. Wouldn't recommend that unless we get a good dump of Snow. She was pretty hard packed.

Never made it up Bell. Heard it was really tracked out. We stayed in the trees. Most of the meadows were fairly tracked out as well.
Needed to play close to the trees to hit any snow. One of our guys ended up destroying his Sliders today. Thank fully Spin Drift had some for him.

Unsure which hill we'll pick tomorrow.

snow in the trees and way back. if you stick to the cabin not going to find any new. trail is in great shape, parking lot is mud but have a grader going in there tonite to try and fix. parking is av at the log sort yard but you will have to ride a bit of road with no cover on it but there is snow in that parking lot.

Rode Renshaw the last two days and Barry is right. Very little even on the back side untouched. Rode Spirit and beyond to Interpass ridge, lots of untouched out that way but nothing to call powder. Sunny so great weather to go exploring and climb out of anywhere snow, not so good for side hilling.
If you want to learn the boundries of Renshaw this is the weather and snow to do it, cow paths leading everywhere.

Trail grooming was excellent but getting icy. Area needs snow BADLY but so does there rest of BC.
Sorry not pics.

My apologies Ron, Dave and I will not be there tomorrow.

Some from Bell today. What a great day. Trail was in awesome shape coming down.

Most the pictures taken off my phone are too large of a file size. Otherwise I'd post more.

We rode this ridge in between the two trails and came across Fools Canyon. Beautiful sight.

great day in the renshaw today with ron, dean and the 2 guys from mountain sledder magazine, colin and mike. found a bunch of untouched snow and even some good powder in the rolling hills and trees at spirit. trail was in great shape both up and down, parked at log sort as there is snow there. did an off the books rescue from half way back to spirit, broken ankle got him back to cabin then on with my day. ron has a couple of pic's maybe later. up tomorrow to work on cabin, install drying racks, they look geat can't wait to put them up. just like Christmas tomorrow, ripping wraping paper off presents.

Rode Renshaw as Barry said. Got a few pics of some stucks and a few scenic pics. Went to Spirit Lake found many areas all day to play. Even though a lot of the areas have packed trails into and looked tracked, we found plenty of areas to have a great day. All out of fuel at the end of the day.
